How stressed out were you at work today? I was registering around “low to moderate”, which is typical for a Friday. Reminding myself of the impending weekend does take a bit of the edge off!

Stress is a big problem for all of us though, and with the added pressure of the financial crunch we’re going through, it probably isn’t going to reduce itself. So, we’re going to have to look at what changes we can make to bring our pressure levels down…
